Agendas¶
The Agendas tab, inside an account, holds meeting agenda drafts. Write one, enhance it with AI, export it, or open it as a presentation.
Creating and writing an agenda¶
Click Add to create a new agenda, or select an existing one from the list. While you write, three reference cards show open action items (from Todoist, with priority badges), recent meetings, and open opportunities, so you have that context without leaving the screen. Click Edit to change the agenda's raw content directly.
AI enhancement¶
Enhance runs the whole agenda through AI to tighten and improve the writing. To enhance only part of it, highlight a passage in the compiled body and click Enhance selected, which sends just that passage and splices the result back in place.
Adding release slides from Slack¶
Updates (labeled "Select updates" in the empty state) opens a picker over
product updates already pulled from your configured #releases Slack channel
for this account, and splices the ones you pick in as release slides. This
content is copied verbatim, not rewritten by AI, so the release facts stay
exact. If nothing shows up, no updates have been synced from Slack yet for
this account.
Copying, exporting, and presenting¶
- Copy puts the compiled agenda markdown on your system clipboard.
- Export saves the agenda's slide markdown to a file you choose, via the native save dialog.
- Open Presentation builds a reveal.js slide deck in Kong's brand theme and opens it in your default browser, ready to present. This is a different output from Export: Export gives you the raw markdown, Open Presentation gives you the rendered deck.
